A Corporate Trainer in JLT might face commodity traders in the morning and a gaming studio after lunch. We pick a senior facilitator for your specific team, get them ready for how your company operates, then keep the room practising with their own emails, calls and deals.
Our trainers have run desks, built teams and led change themselves, so a sharp trader or seasoned engineer pushing back gets a credible answer.
A family trading house and a venture backed start up a few towers apart need different energy. We select the facilitator who suits your culture.
The trainer speaks to your manager, reads real examples and learns your terms, so nobody spends the morning explaining the business.
Most JLT teams share English as a second language. Facilitators keep wording simple, and Arabic or bilingual delivery is available when it helps.
Roughly 80% of the time is spent rehearsing calls, rewriting messages and practising feedback, with the facilitator coaching every round.
A plan on your desk inside 24 to 48 hours, completion certificates for the group, and a written summary with next steps for the sponsor.
Teams in the DMCC community are usually small, so every hour away from clients counts. A session only pays back if people practise something they will use that week. Our six booking steps are there to make sure the facilitator can deliver that for your group.
A short call on who attends, what triggered the request, any past training that disappointed and how the managing director will judge success.
We suggest the facilitator who fits best and send a profile listing sector background, languages and the groups they usually lead.
The trainer talks to one or two managers, collecting anonymised email threads, call situations and the phrases your team actually uses.
Run in your tower or a meeting room nearby, with exercises built from those collected situations and plenty of time for repeat attempts.
Each participant rates the session and commits to one change. The sponsor receives the scores and comments within days.
A written debrief recommends next steps, and at 90 days we compare the agreed measure, such as client complaints, against the starting point.
Brief models, then long practice. Participants negotiate a supplier price, restructure a confusing email thread or hold a feedback conversation, and the trainer stops, corrects and replays until the new approach sticks.
Requests from JLT companies cover a recognisable set of skills. Each topic below goes to a facilitator who has practised it professionally, and every session is built on your own cases.
For founders and first line managers who hired fast and now need to delegate, coach and hold people accountable without heavy HR processes.

JLT companies differ enormously in age, size and style. Before we name a facilitator, we learn what your team is like and what success means for you, then shape tone and examples to fit.
Roles, seniority, nationalities, working language and attitudes to training all inform the choice of facilitator and the design of exercises.
We select someone with trading, start up, client service or corporate experience, depending on which world your people work in.
We agree how formal or relaxed the session should be, the language mix and how much challenge the group will welcome.
A practical session for one team in your own meeting room or a booked room inside your cluster.
A neutral facilitator for a management day, helping founders and managers agree plans and next actions.
A short interactive session at a company meeting or business event, with exercises instead of a lecture.
A series over several weeks for new managers or a sales team, with tasks set between sessions.
Participants who complete a workshop or programme are given a completion certificate listing what they practised. Staff often keep it in their development file. It confirms corporate training and is not a government accredited qualification.
The DMCC community mixes very different employers. These are the audiences we most often match facilitators to.
Fast paced teams who respond best to direct, practical facilitators using commercial examples and respecting market hours.
Young, informal groups who want quick exercises and a trainer who understands how start ups really operate.
Administrative, finance and operations teams who benefit from patient trainers and step by step practice.
Experienced professionals who need a facilitator with real seniority, able to handle challenge and discuss trade offs openly.
Account managers handling company formation and client queries, who need clear writing and calm client conversations.
Managers in owner led firms building modern people practices while respecting the founder's way of doing things.
Plus 400+ enterprise clients across 16+ countries.
Our facilitators are senior professionals with careers in trading, sales, operations and management. You see their profile and can talk with them before booking, so you know who is coming.

The DMCC free zone in Jumeirah Lakes Towers gathers a very wide range of employers, from family owned trading houses and diamond firms to venture backed tech start ups and regional offices of global groups. DMCC keeps its headquarters in Almas Tower, and the lettered clusters around the lakes hold thousands of member companies. Teams tend to be small, highly international and used to English as a shared second language.
That diversity makes trainer selection important. A session for a traditional trading business needs a different tone from one for a gaming studio a few towers away. A Corporate Trainer in JLT also benefits from good access: DMCC Metro Station sits on the Red Line, and the Dubai Tram stops at Jumeirah Lakes Towers, so facilitators arrive on time for early sessions.
One skill, delivered before markets get busy or during a quieter afternoon window.
A morning of practice with feedback, finishing in time for the team to return to clients.
Enough rehearsal time for negotiation, feedback or presenting to change how people work.
A broader toolkit for new managers, with day two built on situations they bring in.
Short sessions over a month or more so staff try each skill and report back.
We look at your audience level, sector, language needs and the result you want, then propose a facilitator whose career fits. A desk of commodity traders and a support team at a tech start up will usually get different people, because what earns credibility differs between those rooms.
Yes. Our proposal names the facilitator and outlines where they have worked and which languages they teach in. A briefing call between the trainer and your manager or HR lead is standard, so you can check the fit before your team ever meets them.
Yes. Part of our bench teaches only in Arabic, and part moves between Arabic and English. Many JLT teams share English as a working language, so we often run sessions in plain English with Arabic support where useful. Describe who speaks what, and the match follows from that.
Practical workshops stay at a maximum of 20 for each trainer, giving every person real rehearsal time. Small teams of eight or ten work very well. Larger groups can be split into two sittings or given a second facilitator, while a short talk at a company meeting can be any size.
Yes, that is the usual setup. The trainer comes to your office or a meeting room in your cluster and needs a screen and space for pair work. If you lack a suitable room, we can suggest a hotel meeting space in JLT within walking distance of most towers.
Our proposal and a named facilitator usually arrive within two working days of the opening conversation. About two weeks before the session allows time for manager calls and building exercises from your examples. Shorter lead times are often possible for familiar topics.
Internal recording is fine when it is arranged beforehand. We usually record the teaching segments and pause during role plays so participants practise freely. Recordings are useful for onboarding, but they work best alongside a live refresher rather than replacing it.
Yes. Everyone who sees the workshop through to the end is given a TrainingInUAE.com completion record. We also send the sponsor a short summary of what was covered, how the group engaged and suggestions for next steps. The certificate records corporate training, not an accredited qualification.
