Leadership Training in Dubai Marina for team leads who were hired to sell, serve or create and now run a team as well. They practise with real situations from their own floor, through role plays and peer coaching, with faculty who have led similar teams.
We use the situations your leads actually face, like an agent who misses every target or a supervisor who cannot say no to a regular guest.
After a few minutes of input, leaders are on their feet rehearsing, coaching a colleague or solving a case, and that pattern holds for the whole session.
Faculty have led sales floors, hotel departments and agency teams. Their advice comes from managing real people, not from reading about it.
Sessions run in English, Arabic or both, which helps when your leaders and their teams come from many different countries and first languages.
Every leader who completes gets a TrainingInUAE.com certificate, giving owners a simple record of who has been developed and in what skills.
Before we start, you name the behaviour you want more of, such as fewer escalations. We measure it at the start and again three months on.
Young team leads learn leadership the way they learned to sell or serve: by doing it and being corrected. Talking about feedback does not prepare anyone for an agent who argues back. Rehearsing that exact moment, then trying it again, does.
We start with the founder or managing director and, where useful, a quick 360 so each lead sees how their team and peers experience them.
A few short interviews with team leads tell us where things break down, whether that is coaching, tough feedback or holding people to targets.
Scenarios come from your current team issues, anonymised and written in the language your leads use day to day.
Leads practise each situation in small groups, swap roles, get honest comments and run it once more with a stronger approach.
Every lead picks one leadership habit to practise with their team for a month and reports back on how it went at the next session.
We revisit the measure you chose, compare it with where you started and recommend whether to deepen, extend or wrap up.
A short framework, then most of the time on practice. Leaders run the hard one to one, the pipeline meeting or the shift briefing with colleagues playing their team, and faculty coach every round.
There are eight modules to choose from. Smaller Marina companies usually pick three or four that match their biggest gaps, and every module is driven by practice on situations from the leaders’ own teams.
A Marina team might hold staff from many countries, each with different expectations of a boss. Leaders learn to set standards everyone understands and apply them fairly.
🛠 Leaders practise: Setting expectations with a new hire from a very different work culture
Turning quick corrections into coaching that builds skill. Leaders practise questions that help team members find their own fixes.
🛠 Leaders practise: Coaching an underperforming team member through a short conversation
Team leads promoted from the front line often keep the best clients or tasks. This module covers handing work over properly and following up well.
🛠 Leaders practise: Handing over a client relationship with a clear plan and check ins
Leaders decide quickly on staffing, client issues and priorities. A short decision routine helps them act fast without being reckless.
🛠 Leaders practise: Handling a sudden staffing crisis with limited options
Growth brings new tools, new structures and new targets. Leaders practise announcing change clearly and keeping morale steady through it.
🛠 Leaders practise: Announcing new targets to a team that already feels stretched
Getting owners, peers and partner firms to back an idea. Leaders learn to frame a case around what the other side needs.
🛠 Leaders practise: Presenting a staffing request to an owner who wants to save money
Clear roles, shared standards and trust in hybrid teams. Leaders work out what their team needs to stop relying on them for every answer.
🛠 Leaders practise: Agreeing a team rhythm of meetings, updates and ownership
Using CRM data, dashboards and AI assistants to manage better. Leaders agree sensible rules for AI use and practise reading numbers critically.
🛠 Leaders practise: Setting AI use rules for a sales or marketing team
Owner led companies move fast and have little patience for theory. We design around your team’s real pressures, your schedule and your culture, then adjust the programme as the leaders progress.
A focused call with the owner and short chats with some team leads show which leadership skills would move results most.
We combine proven leadership practice with cases from your business, so nothing in the room feels generic or borrowed.
Team leads and senior managers get different depth and pace, delivered in Arabic, English or a bilingual mix.
Top agents, supervisors and senior creatives taking their first team and learning to lead people they used to sit beside.
Heads of sales, outlet managers and account directors who lead team leads and need to develop them properly.
Founders, partners and managing directors building a leadership team that can run the business without them in every decision.
Promising individuals the owners want ready for a team of their own within the next year or two.
Leads who see the programme through take home a TrainingInUAE.com certificate that shows each module they finished. It confirms in-house corporate training with us. It is not a KHDA certificate or any other accredited qualification.

Many Marina companies grew from founder led start ups into businesses with layers of management. Brokerages promote top agents to team leader, hospitality groups move supervisors up to outlet manager and agencies turn senior creatives into account heads. The skills that won the promotion rarely include managing people. Dubai Marina is a mainland community, but teams constantly work with clients and partners in neighbouring free zones such as JLT and Dubai Internet City.
That pace means leaders must give direct feedback without causing offence and keep hybrid staff engaged. Sessions usually run in your office or a meeting room at a JBR or Marina hotel. For a senior team that wants a change of scene, some groups add an evening on a private yacht charter from the Marina after the workshop, a relaxed setting for the informal conversation that follows a hard day of practice.
One leadership skill in a half day morning slot, so client facing leads are back on the floor by lunchtime.
A full day of practice on two or three core skills, ending with a personal action plan.
One or two days at a Marina or JBR hotel for founders and senior managers to align.
Four to six short sessions across a few months, each with a habit to apply between meetings.
Virtual modules for leads working remotely or in other offices, with practice in breakout rooms.
Smaller companies tend to start with a half day masterclass for all team leads, then continue with a short monthly series so new habits stick. A one or two day offsite works well for founders and senior managers who need to agree how they will lead together. We recommend the lightest format that will achieve your goal.
Yes, as an optional extra. Before the first session, each lead can gather short feedback from their manager, peers and team. The report goes only to the individual and is discussed in a private conversation. We look at anonymous patterns across the group to choose the modules that deserve the most time.
Yes. Faculty work in English, in Arabic, or switch between them. Marina teams are often very international, so most groups run in English, but we can support Arabic speaking leaders in practice rounds or deliver fully in Arabic. Workbooks can be prepared in both languages.
We keep hands on sessions to a maximum of 20 people per trainer, so each leader gets enough practice and personal feedback. For a larger management group we bring in another trainer or run the session twice. A leadership talk for a company meeting can be delivered to any number.
Yes. Many groups book a meeting room at a Marina or JBR hotel, which keeps travel short. The workshop itself needs a proper room with space for practice, so we do not run it on a boat. Some teams add a private yacht charter from the Marina for the evening. You arrange venues and we run the sessions.
Yes. Every lead who finishes gets one from TrainingInUAE.com, with their modules listed. It records in-house corporate training. Since it is not a KHDA qualification of any kind, we spell that out so owners know exactly what it represents.
Yes, if we agree it in advance, recordings can be kept for internal use. Owners often record the short faculty inputs for leads who could not attend. We suggest leaving role plays off camera, because team leads take more risks in practice when they know they are not being filmed.
At the start you choose one or two measures, such as agent retention, fewer escalations to the owner or team conversion. We record the starting point, follow each leader’s 30 day habit and report on the same measures at 90 days, with clear recommendations on what to do next.
