Real Estate Sales Training Dubai brokerages use to turn portal leads into viewings and viewings into signed deals. Agents role play on their own listings, buyers and objections, coached by trainers who have sold and managed sales teams in the Gulf.
The RERA certification course teaches the rules. We teach what happens after the broker card: qualifying fast, running viewings that convert and holding commission under pressure.
Agents practise on the actual units, communities and buyer profiles they work with this month, so every role play feels like a call they will make tomorrow.
Leads go cold within hours here. We drill fast response, clear WhatsApp follow up and the discipline to keep a pipeline moving between launches.
Our facilitators have carried targets and run sales floors in the region. They know the difference between an investor from abroad and a family upgrading locally.
Each participant receives a TrainingInUAE.com certificate of completion, useful for agent files and internal career levels.
Before training we agree a metric such as lead to viewing ratio, viewings per deal or listings won, and report against it at 90 days.
An agent can recite the steps of a sale and still lose the buyer at the viewing. Selling property is a performance skill, built by repetition and honest feedback. So agents spend the day on calls, viewings and negotiations, not slides.
We review call recordings, CRM notes or lost deals with the sales manager to see where agents are losing clients.
Your current stock, communities and typical buyer profiles become the material for every exercise and role play.
The trainer shows a strong call or viewing live, then agents practise the same scenario in pairs with a scorecard.
Peers and the trainer give direct feedback on questions, tone and close. Each agent repeats until the improvement is clear.
Agents use the new scripts and questions on live leads that week, with the sales manager checking a sample of calls.
We track the agreed metric at 30, 60 and 90 days and report on conversion changes at the end.
Of each training day, roughly four fifths is role play. Agents call a coached buyer, run a mock viewing, pitch a listing to a seller and negotiate, then get scored and go again.
Eight modules follow the real path of a property deal, from first enquiry to transfer and referral. Run the complete outline for new agents or pick modules where your team is losing deals.
How RERA rules, broker cards and advertising permits shape daily sales behaviour, and how honest disclosure builds trust with buyers. Practical awareness, not legal advice.
🛠 Agents practise: Audit three of your own live listings for accuracy and permit details
Answering portal, social and WhatsApp enquiries quickly, qualifying budget, timing, financing and motive in the first call, and dropping time wasters politely.
🛠 Agents practise: Qualify five realistic portal leads by phone in timed rounds
Understanding end users, overseas investors and upgraders, asking about yield, schools, commute and exit plans, and matching stock to real priorities.
🛠 Agents practise: Run a full discovery call with a coached overseas investor
Pricing conversations backed by recent transactions, listing presentations that win exclusive mandates, and setting honest expectations from the start.
🛠 Agents practise: Pitch for an exclusive listing on a real unit in your area
Planning the route, preparing the unit, reading the buyer in the room and asking for feedback and next steps before leaving the building.
🛠 Agents practise: Run a mock viewing and close it with a clear next step
Responding to concerns about price, service charges, handover dates on off plan projects and market timing, with facts rather than pressure.
🛠 Agents practise: Handle the five objections your team hears most, under time
Managing offers and counter offers between buyer and seller, protecting commission, and keeping a deal together through financing and transfer.
🛠 Agents practise: Negotiate a live style offer between a coached buyer and seller
Daily CRM discipline, follow up cadences that do not annoy, staying in touch after handover and turning past clients into referrals. Ends with a personal pipeline plan.
🛠 Agents practise: Build a 30 day follow up plan from your own CRM leads
A luxury secondary market agency in Dubai Marina, an off plan sales team for a developer and a leasing desk in Abu Dhabi need very different training. We shape the programme around your stock, buyers and sales process.
A short call to understand your mix of off plan, secondary and leasing business, your lead sources and where deals are being lost.
We use your communities, projects, buyer profiles and common objections to write role plays agents recognise straight away.
New agents and senior consultants get different depth, and sessions run in English, Arabic or bilingually depending on your clients.
Recently licensed agents building call confidence, qualification habits and a steady daily routine.
Agents with a track record who want more exclusive listings, larger deals and better negotiation.
Leaders coaching agents, reviewing pipelines and running sales meetings that lift the whole floor.
Off plan launch teams, sales centre staff and leasing consultants working with high enquiry volumes.
Every participant who attends the full programme receives a certificate of completion from TrainingInUAE.com listing the modules practised. It is a corporate sales training record. It does not replace the mandatory RERA certification or broker card.

In Dubai, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the regulatory arm of the Dubai Land Department, licenses brokers. Agents must complete RERA approved training and pass an exam before receiving a broker card, and property adverts must carry a permit number issued through the Trakheesi system. Those rules set the floor. Winning in a crowded, fast moving market still depends on how well agents qualify, present and negotiate.
Abu Dhabi runs its own system through the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre and its digital platform, and Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah have their own property authorities and buyer profiles. We deliver Real Estate Sales Training Dubai brokerages can run at their office, sales centre or a hotel venue, and the same programme on site in all seven emirates or live online for agents spread across the UAE.
One focused skill, such as lead qualification or objection handling, timed before or after peak calling hours.
Several modules with intensive role play on your listings and a personal action plan for each agent.
The full outline for new agents, from first call to closing and follow up, with scored role plays.
Short sessions over six to eight weeks, each tied to live pipeline reviews and call recordings.
Virtual role play sessions for agents across several offices or emirates, with breakout rooms for practice.
No. The RERA approved course and exam are mandatory for anyone who wants a broker card in Dubai, and we do not provide them. Our programme is practical sales training for agents who are licensed or about to be. It covers qualification, viewings, objections, negotiation and follow up, which the certification course does not focus on. Think of our Real Estate Sales Training Dubai programme as the layer on top of that licence.
It suits new agents in their first year, experienced consultants who want more listings and larger deals, team leaders who coach agents, and developer sales or leasing teams. We group participants by experience where possible, so new agents focus on fundamentals while senior consultants work on harder negotiations and exclusive mandates.
Yes. We cover off plan selling in depth, including explaining payment plans, handling concerns about handover dates and developer track record, and qualifying overseas investors. For developer sales teams we also work on launch day conversations and follow up with buyers who registered interest but did not commit.
Yes. Although most of our property sales work is in Dubai, we deliver on site in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and the other emirates. We adjust examples to local buyers and stock, and mention that each emirate has its own regulator and rules, so agents should check local requirements.
Yes, and plenty of our property clients ask for it. Many brokerages serve Arabic speaking buyers from the UAE and the wider region, so we can rehearse calls and viewings in Arabic. Mixed teams can practise in both languages, with scripts and question banks prepared in each.
A single skill clinic takes half a day. The core programme fits into one full day, and the complete outline for new agents works best as a two day bootcamp. Many brokerages prefer a weekly series of short sessions linked to live pipeline reviews, which keeps agents practising between sessions.
We work with up to 20 agents per trainer so everyone gets enough role play time and feedback. Larger sales floors are split into groups or given extra trainers. Sales kick off talks for a whole brokerage can be any size, but they are designed as shorter, high energy sessions rather than practice workshops.
We agree one or two numbers with the sales manager before the programme, such as lead to viewing ratio, viewings per deal, exclusive listings won or response time. We follow up at 30, 60 and 90 days and report at 90 days on what moved, using data from your CRM where available.
