AI Training in ADGM built for analysts, compliance officers and relationship managers who need usable output, not a lecture. Participants work hands on with Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini on their own memos, reports and client notes.
About 80% of the session is participants at the keyboard, drafting and checking. Demonstrations are short so the trainer can spend the day coaching at desks.
Teams bring a redacted investment memo, a KYC file note or a quarterly investor letter. The lab output is a better version of that same document.
We show where personal data and client information sit in each workflow, and how the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 shape what can be pasted where.
Our senior trainers have worked in finance, operations and advisory roles. They know what a reviewer, a portfolio manager or a general counsel will challenge.
Every attendee receives a certificate of completion from TrainingInUAE.com, which slots neatly into the training records many regulated firms keep for staff.
We time chosen tasks before the workshop, agree the success measure with you, then report at 90 days on what actually changed.
Financial professionals are sceptical by trade, and a slide claiming AI saves time convinces nobody. What convinces them is drafting their own credit note or fund commentary in half the usual time, then finding the one figure the model got wrong. That is why we teach by doing.
Each participant arrives with one piece of weekly work, such as a market wrap, a board pack section or a client onboarding summary.
The trainer runs the technique on a similar financial services document, so everyone sees the target quality before starting their own.
Participants use their approved tool to produce a first draft, then iterate the prompt until the result would pass their own manager.
A colleague audits the draft for invented numbers, wrong dates and anything confidential. Catching errors in pairs builds the verification habit regulators expect.
Proven prompts go into a team library with notes on when to use them, so good practice stays inside the firm.
Everyone logs how long the task took with and without AI. Those numbers become the baseline for the 90 day review.
Eighty per cent practice means the trainer speaks for a few minutes at a time. The rest is people building, testing and correcting output on their own work while help moves between desks.
Eight modules, each ending in a lab with a defined output. A fund administrator and a law firm will not get the same mix, so we weight modules by role and by the tools your technology team has cleared.
How generative AI predicts text, why it fabricates citations and figures with total confidence, and which kinds of financial and legal work it handles well or badly.
🛠 You build: Ask a model about a known fund factsheet and log every inaccuracy
Structuring a request with role, audience, source material and output format. Prompt engineering for people who write for clients, boards and regulators, not for software developers.
🛠 You build: Improve one vague prompt into a reusable client update template
Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat inside Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams. Meeting recaps, deck outlines and inbox triage, all kept within the firm's own Microsoft tenant.
🛠 You build: Turn a recorded Teams call into minutes and assigned actions
Using AI to explain a portfolio extract, flag anomalies in reconciliation data and draft performance commentary, with every number traced back to the source cells.
🛠 You build: Write performance commentary from your own redacted holdings spreadsheet
Summarising prospectuses, side letters and long policy documents, and drafting correspondence in English or Arabic. Reviewers learn which clauses and defined terms AI tends to misread.
🛠 You build: Reduce a long agreement to a one page issues list
What AI agents can safely handle in a regulated office. A guided build in Copilot Studio or Power Automate for routing requests, without writing code.
🛠 You build: Design an agent that triages incoming client document requests
The ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021, the federal PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, for onshore activity, outsourcing questions and drafting a company AI usage policy.
🛠 You build: Sort twelve realistic requests into permitted, restricted or prohibited
Selecting high value use cases, setting baselines, appointing champions in each department and reporting adoption to senior management and the board in a format they already recognise.
🛠 You build: Capstone: each participant rebuilds one task from their own role using AI
A boutique asset manager with twelve staff and the regional office of a global bank face very different constraints. We design each programme around your approved platforms, your group policies and the documents your people handle every week.
We speak with HR, compliance and technology together to agree audiences, approved tools, data boundaries and the one measure that will define success.
Exercises use redacted or synthetic versions of your own templates, reports and client communications, inside the environment your IT team supports.
Partners, managers and analysts get different depth and pace. Sessions run in English, Arabic or both, with Arabic prompting practised live.
Use case selection, risk appetite, governance and the questions boards and regulators are likely to ask about AI.
Reviewing AI assisted work from their teams, setting standards for checking and building adoption without creating hidden risk.
Daily drafting, summarising and analysis with approved tools, plus clear rules on client and personal data.
Advanced prompting, Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate flows and maintaining shared prompt libraries for operations or data teams.
Each participant receives a certificate of completion from TrainingInUAE.com showing the modules covered. It documents corporate in-house training for your learning and development records. It is not a regulatory, KHDA or vendor accredited qualification, and we say so plainly.
The financial centre is dense with funds, banks, advisers and family capital. Our examples come from that work, so participants practise on investor letters and compliance notes rather than retail marketing copy.
Investment, operations and investor relations teams summarising research and drafting reports while keeping confidential positions out of public tools.
Relationship managers and support staff preparing meeting notes and client letters, where accuracy and confidentiality are not negotiable.
Fast growing product, compliance and support teams that need consistent AI habits as headcount rises under a regulated licence.
Lawyers, auditors and consultants reviewing long documents and drafting advice, who must protect privilege and client information at every step.
Small teams managing investments, reporting and governance across entities, often with no dedicated technology function to set AI rules.
Underwriting support, claims and company secretarial teams handling forms, filings and policy wording that AI can draft but people must verify.
Plus 400+ enterprise clients across 16+ countries.

Abu Dhabi Global Market is an international financial centre with its own regulators. The Financial Services Regulatory Authority supervises financial firms, the Registration Authority handles company registration, and the Office of Data Protection administers the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. In 2023 the jurisdiction expanded from Al Maryah Island to cover Al Reem Island as well, bringing many more businesses inside the same framework.
For an AI rollout this matters early. Questions about personal data, outsourcing to cloud providers, record keeping and accountability need answers before anyone measures productivity. Many firms here are regional offices of global groups with enterprise AI tools already licensed, and local staff simply need to use them well within group policy. Smaller firms often have no AI policy at all, so AI training in ADGM frequently starts by helping them write a short, workable one.
A tight morning for partners or one desk, covering safe prompting and a single lab on their own documents.
The usual starting point. Four or five modules with most hours spent building on live tasks.
All eight modules plus the capstone, suited to AI champions who will support colleagues across the firm.
Short cohorts over several weeks so client facing teams never lose a whole day at once.
Interactive virtual sessions for colleagues in Dubai, Riyadh or elsewhere in the GCC, using the same labs.
Yes. The responsible AI module explains how the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 apply when staff use AI with personal data, including controller obligations and transfers to cloud providers. We also cover the federal PDPL where your firm has onshore activity. Your compliance team can review the material in advance and add internal rules for us to teach.
Yes. Sessions assume a regulated environment from the start. Exercises use redacted or synthetic material, we train only on tools your firm has approved, and a large part of the day is about verification and record keeping. Many participants tell us the checking techniques are as valuable as the drafting ones.
Hands on. Roughly 80% of the time participants are working on their own tasks, with brief demonstrations between build blocks. Every module ends in a lab with a concrete output, such as minutes from a real meeting or commentary from a redacted spreadsheet. Theory is limited to what people need to use AI safely.
No, and it does not need to be. This is corporate in-house training, not a KHDA accredited qualification, and KHDA regulates education in Dubai rather than ADGM in any case. Each participant receives a certificate of completion from TrainingInUAE.com for internal records. We never describe it as a regulatory or vendor certification.
Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, including NotebookLM, plus Copilot Studio and Power Automate for automation. If your firm has cleared only one tool, we train on that one and mention the others for context, so nobody is nudged towards unapproved services.
Yes. We run a working session with compliance, risk, technology and business leads to draft a short policy covering approved tools, data categories and review steps. Your legal or compliance function keeps final sign off. Staff are then trained on the policy using realistic financial services scenarios.
A masterclass runs half a day and the core workshop runs one full day. The two day bootcamp covers every module and the capstone. Larger firms often run a series of cohorts over four to eight weeks, with short clinics at 30 and 60 days to keep adoption moving.
Before the workshop we agree one or two measures with you, such as minutes per client report or active Copilot users. Participants time a target task beforehand. We follow up at 30 and 60 days and deliver a 90 day report comparing results with that baseline.
