Customer Experience Training Dubai for managers, CX leads and cross functional teams who own how customers feel from first click to renewal. Groups work hands on with their own journeys, feedback and data, not textbook cases.
Friendly staff cannot rescue a confusing website, a slow approval or a missed delivery. This programme looks at every step that shapes the customer's view.
Teams map the actual path a customer takes with your business, using your forms, emails and wait times, and find where it hurts.
Sales, operations, finance and service sit together, so the handovers that frustrate customers are fixed by the people who own them.
Facilitators have led CX functions, redesigned service processes and run feedback programmes in Gulf businesses. They teach what held up in practice.
On completion each person receives a TrainingInUAE.com certificate, which many clients add to manager development files and CX academy records.
We agree an experience metric up front, such as satisfaction score, effort score or repeat contact, and review progress with you three months later.
Customer experience is easy to agree with and hard to change. Frameworks alone change nothing on Monday morning. Teams need to walk their own journey, read real feedback and argue about fixes with the colleagues who will build them. That is how we spend the day.
Before the session we pick one or two journeys with you, such as onboarding, a first purchase, a claim or a renewal.
You share anonymised feedback, survey results, call reasons and process timings so the room works from facts, not opinions.
Participants follow the journey themselves, filling in forms, calling the line or using the app, and note every frustration.
Teams build the journey map on the wall, mark the moments that matter most and rank pain points by customer impact.
Small cross functional groups redesign one painful step and present it to peers, who test it against the customer’s view.
Each fix gets an owner and a date. We check progress and the agreed metric with your CX lead at day 90.
Roughly 80% of every session is teams working on your own material. Short inputs from the trainer introduce each tool, then teams apply it straight away to a journey from your business.
The outline moves from understanding customers, to measuring their experience, to redesigning it and keeping the change alive. One day gives the core tools; two days add service design and a full improvement plan.
The difference between service, satisfaction and experience, and why the whole organisation shapes it. We look at how expectations are formed in a demanding market.

🛠 Participants practise: Spot one internal rule that blocks staff from helping customers
Prioritising fixes, assigning owners, reporting results and keeping momentum after the workshop. Each team leaves with a 90 day plan.
🛠 Participants practise: Write a 90 day plan with owners and one metric to track
An airline, a property developer and a clinic all care about experience, but their journeys share very little. We start from your customers, your channels and the feedback you already collect, then design every exercise around them.
We talk with your CX or service lead about current scores, main customer complaints and which journeys matter most to the business.
Your feedback, process maps, scripts and digital screens become the workshop material, anonymised and agreed with you beforehand.
Executives, middle managers and frontline champions each go as deep as their role needs, in English, Arabic or a mix.
Setting CX ambition, choosing measures that matter and funding the fixes that customers will actually notice.
Mapping journeys, removing friction in their area and working across departments to fix broken handovers.
Designing feedback programmes, analysing comments and turning findings into prioritised improvement plans.
Spotting pain points on shift, passing insight upwards and testing improvements with real customers.
When the programme ends, TrainingInUAE.com hands every participant a CX completion certificate naming the customer experience topics covered. It records corporate learning for your CX academy or appraisal file and is not a government accredited award.
Customer expectations are high across the Gulf, and these sectors compete hardest on experience. Most of our customer experience work comes from teams like these.
Hotels, attractions and tour operators designing stays and visits that win repeat guests and strong reviews.
Brands joining up store, app and delivery so customers get the same quality whichever channel they choose.
Banks and payment firms simplifying account opening, digital journeys and support for a mobile first customer base.
Developers and property managers improving the buyer journey from viewing to handover and tenant life afterwards.
Airlines, airports and travel firms smoothing the journey from booking to arrival, often across several partners.
Hospitals and clinics redesigning appointment, waiting, billing and follow up steps around the patient.
Plus 400+ enterprise clients across 16+ countries.
Our facilitators are senior CX and service practitioners who have run feedback programmes, led journey redesigns and coached managers in Gulf organisations. They challenge teams kindly and keep the work practical.

Dubai competes on experience. The emirate received a record 19.59 million international overnight visitors in 2025, according to the Department of Economy and Tourism, and residents compare every brand against the best service they have had anywhere. Government has raised the bar too: Dubai’s Services 360 policy asks entities to redesign services around complete customer journeys rather than single transactions.
That expectation spills into the private sector, where customers move quickly to a competitor after one poor journey. Customer Experience Training Dubai gives managers practical tools to map, measure and improve what customers live through. Our trainers run it at your premises in Dubai or any other emirate, and live online for GCC teams.
For executives and sponsors: what experience means for the business and how to steer it.
The core tools applied to one of your journeys, ending with a short list of agreed fixes.
Adds service design, measurement and a complete 90 day improvement plan for each team.
Monthly sessions for a network of champions who test and report improvements between meetings.
Short virtual sessions with digital whiteboards for teams working across offices or countries.
Customer service training improves how staff handle each conversation. Customer experience training looks at the full journey, including processes, digital channels, policies and handovers between departments. It is aimed at the managers and teams who can change those things. Many organisations run both, starting with experience so that service staff are not left to fix broken processes alone.
Managers who own a process customers touch, CX and insight staff, digital and product teams, and a few frontline champions who know where customers get stuck. Mixing departments works best, because most experience problems sit in the gaps between teams. Senior sponsors often join the opening or closing session.
Yes, and it is the main point of the course. We agree one or two journeys with you in advance and ask for anonymised feedback and process data. Teams then map, analyse and redesign those journeys during the workshop, so the output is a plan for your business rather than a case study about someone else’s.
We do. A full module explains NPS, CSAT and customer effort score, what each measures, and how to choose and read them sensibly. Participants decide which measure fits each stage of their own journey. We also discuss common traps, such as staff asking customers for high scores instead of improving the experience.
The core is one full day built around a single journey. A two day version adds service design and a full improvement plan. Executives often take a half day briefing, and some clients prefer a series of shorter sessions for a CX champions network, with real improvements tested between meetings.
Yes. Arabic, English and bilingual CX workshops are all possible. When customers interact in both languages, we often review feedback and digital screens in each, because tone and clarity can differ. Workshop materials and templates can be prepared in both languages for mixed groups.
Both. Most clients prefer on site at their Dubai office or a venue, because journey mapping on a wall works best with everyone in the room. We also run on site across the other emirates, and live online with digital whiteboards for teams spread across the GCC.
Before the programme starts we settle on one metric together, often a satisfaction or effort score for the journey we work on, or a count of repeat contacts. Each team leaves with owners and dates for its fixes. At 90 days we review progress on those fixes and the metric with your CX lead.
